All Pension card holders

All valid Healthcare card holders

All Chronic disease management plans

All Health assessments.

GP Cancellation Fee/Non-Attendance: $40

cancellation fee is payable if less than 4 hours notice is given from the time of your appointment, or if you do not show for your appointment.
