If you’re faced with a life-threatening emergency – even if you’re not sure – always dial 000. Otherwise, call us and we’ll advise you on what to do.

Home Visits

For regular patients too incapacitated to attend the surgery, the doctor will consider a home visit. Unless it is an emergency, the visit will be done before or after the regular clinic hours. Please call the surgery to arrange this.

After Hour Doctors

If you have an urgent medical problem when the practice is closed and need to see a GP  urgently out of hours,the Mount Gravatt Family practice telephone (07 30638144) will divert to the National Home Doctor Service (13SICK) when the practice is closed.  This includes weekends and public holidays. The after hours service will send a written report back to your GP.
